Fresh pasta made exclusively by hand. The fillings that Glutness creates are made with carefully handpicked ingredients. Lactose-free also available upon request. They are mixed and prepared by hand, the pasta is then filled with the help of a sac à poche to maintain the quality, taste and nutritional values of the mixture. The products are packaged as single portions to avoid contamination.
